- Audience: All buyer · Theo scope (FULL/LIMITED/...) · Whitelist · CSV upload · Segment query builder
- Scheduling: Send now · Schedule (ngày + giờ) · Recurring (daily/weekly)
- Channels: In-app · Email · SMS · Push (mobile) — multi-select
- Approval flow: Draft → Compliance review → Approved → Sent
- Audit: Lịch sử campaign · Delivered/Read/Click rate · Per-buyer log
- Compliance: Recall notification mandatory; Marketing notification phải đúng Luật QC 44/2024
